"Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood."

Is your child struggling with emotional regulation, frequent meltdowns, or the effects of a recent trauma or major life change?
Have you tried countless parenting strategies—only to feel like nothing is working?
Do you feel unheard or unsupported by other providers who don’t fully understand your child’s unique needs?
Have you been modeling emotional regulation, but your child still isn’t responding?
If you’re reading this, you’re likely looking for support—for your child, your family, and yourself. I’m here to offer compassionate guidance and real hope for creating a more peaceful, connected, and emotionally regulated home.

Together, we’ll help your child build emotional resilience—and help you feel more confident and grounded as a parent.
I’m here to walk with you—every step of the way.

What Parents Say
"Everything we learned from Lindsey about behavioral/emotional approaches and co-regulation have helped tremendously over the past several years, and we have seen heartwarming growth in our child's ability to understand himself and express his inner turmoil. Our ability to understand our son, and to share our own human fallibilities as well, has helped him feel less shame and more acceptance of himself. In all, we have finally seen our kid emerge." - C.L.
